Hello one and all!

If this is our first time meeting, how do you do? If you’ve seen my works on various art communities or anime conventions over the years, it’s been a while, but it’s so great seeing you again! I just want to take this opportunity to say hi and to welcome you to my blog. In a way, this is my home away from home. I’m Bianca – Full time video editor, illustrator, casual gamer, music enthusiast, daughter, and a heck of a lot of other things!

  • What peeks my interest?
  • What things do I care about?
  • What inspires my drawings?

All these and much more will be answered here!

Why blog?

Mainly, I wanted to create a space where I can share my artistic vision with you. A space where you can get to know me a little better at your leisure. You see, I like experimenting with colors and patterns. Some times, the process takes little effort and other times it’s down right brutal.

Art for me is organic and that in itself is part of the mystery and wonder that I find makes art so appealing. I want to take you along on my journey through the imagery I create, bring you behind the scenes, from beginning to end, from the initial sketches, all the way to the finished pieces. It’s a lot of ground to cover, but the challenge is very rewarding. It’s exciting because I learn something new with each mark on the canvas. My hope for you is that with each piece we uncover, you not only enjoy the ride but that it also enriches you as well.

Young Justice RobinBridging the gap!

Sadly to say, my real life personality is that of an introvert and I use my pen and tablet as my voice to the world. The thing is that I don’t want it to be the only voice I have. Fear of the unknown is a crutch that holds back so many opportunities in life and I’ve decided to make it my goal to use this blog to change that.

Like many people, I love interesting, meaningful conversation and am always open to learning new things and finding new ways to relate better with others. So I ask you to become apart of this blog. It’s really not just for me, it’s yours as well. I say this because you’re not just a reader, I also consider you a friend.

What I love about blogs is how engaging and interactive it is. With that being said, I really want to hear from you! Feel free to leave comments and share projects you’re working on with me. Art is an adventure. Instead of doing it on your own, let’s do it together!
